Legal information — Gluck-Momentde

Terms, consumer rights, data protection and company details relevant for clients and partners in the United Kingdom (England & Wales).

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern supply of floristry services by Gluck-Momentde. They set out status of quotes, deposits, cancellations, limits of liability and intellectual property relating to designs and imagery.

Written quotes are valid for 30 days. A booking is secured when deposit (usually 30%) is paid and a signed confirmation is returned. Final balance is due 14 days before event unless otherwise agreed.

For cancellations more than 60 days before event, deposit is refundable minus reasonable costs. Cancellations within 60 days normally forfeit deposit. For consumer contracts, UK distance and cancellation rights may apply — see section 'Consumer Rights'.

Liability is limited to direct losses up to the total contract value except where personal injury or death arises from negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All creative concepts, images and designs produced by Gluck-Momentde remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited licence to use imagery for personal/event promotion.

Consumer rights & distance contracts

Under UK consumer protection law, certain distance and off-premises contracts carry cancellation and return rights. Floral arrangements made to specification or perishable goods may be excluded from the right to cancel once performance has begun with the consumer's agreement.

  • Right to cancel: Consumers normally have 14 days to cancel distance contracts — exceptions apply for perishables and custom arrangements.
  • Faulty goods: You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund where items are faulty or not as described.
  • Further information: For disputes with consumers we follow the UK guidelines and will provide remedies in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
